General Agreement
This document states the terms and conditions of using this site. By using this site and submitting to an order, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions listed below.
Guava Bay (belongs to MPMB GROUP PTD LTY) reserves the right to amend this site and the terms and conditions at any time. By registering and placing an order with Guava Bay, you give us permission to add your contact details to our database so we can send you through correspondence that relates to ordering, invoicing, shipping, product reviews and ratings.
Pricing and Taxation
All pricing is stated in Australian dollars (AUD$) and is GST inclusive. Guava Bay website prices are subject to change without notice. The current price of each product is shown on the website at the time the order is placed.
Retail and Trade Sites
Guava Bay sells to both the public and professionals. Some products are exclusively Trade Only. If you are a professional, you will need to register with the Trade Site before purchasing certain products.
Availability
We display the products’ availability on the website and the estimated time for your product to be delivered. If for any reason, the product you have ordered is not available or subject to any delay, we will inform you as soon as possible after receiving your order. In this instance, if you are not willing to buy an alternative product from our website, we will refund you the full amount as soon as possible.
Images and dimensions of products
Whilst we try to be as accurate as possible on the products’ information, all sizes, weights, and measurements displayed on the website are approximate only. Similarly, we do our best to display all product colours accurately, but we can’t guarantee that the image displayed on your computer will reflect the true colour of the product you will receive.
Cancellation, 60-NIGHT FREE TRIAL returns and refunds
If you’re not happy about your product, you must send us a notice of cancellation within 60 nights of delivery to receive a refund. You don’t need to provide a reason. You may simply change your mind. If the product is not dispatched yet once you cancel, we will make your refund within 7 business days of the cancellation. If an item left the warehouse, this is the situation of a 60-night return (i.e. item left the warehouse and has been returned to the warehouse), we will make a refund within 7 business days of reception of the goods in our warehouse.
You can unpack, inspect and try the products properly before making your decision, however, all goods returned or exchanged must be in their original packaging (i.e. packaging not damaged). You are responsible for the goods until they are safely received by Guava Bay. We accept no liability for goods lost or damaged in transit back to our warehouse. You will receive a refund only if the product is returned in the original packaging and not damaged. The refund will be equal to your purchase price for this product.
After we inspect the product, if the product and packaging are in acceptable condition (T&Cs apply), we will refund as per our T&Cs within 7 days of reception of the goods in our warehouse.
The easiest way to let us know that you would like to cancel your contract is to send us an Email at customercare@guavabay.com.au

- Goods reception date
- Your name
- Delivery address
- Goods that you would like to return.
Faulty products and warranty
If you return a product because it is faulty or not as expected, we are under a legal duty to provide you a product that is of satisfactory quality and as expected only if you have fully paid your item as per the amount invoiced when you ordered. Our products come with a 2 years warranty and we are respecting the Australian Consumer Law.
Payment
Payment can be made by Credit Card and Bank transfer. Credit Card options include Visa and MasterCard. All payments made by Credit Card will have a pre-authorisation check to ensure sufficient funds are accessible and to confirm legitimacy of payment method. These funds will be frozen, and the full amount charged will be taken out once the order has been dispatched.
All Credit Card Payments will state GUAVA BAY as the receiver of monies taken from this site on your Bank Statement. Direct Deposit Details will be provided when chosen for payment method in the Checkout Process. They will also be present on the Order Confirmation that will be sent via email. Please use the Order Number as the Reference when making payment. Shipment of goods will not be made until full payment has been received.
Delivery
All shipments are made with Express Couriers or Postage Services. Freight charges are stated within the Shipping Page and may change without notice. Orders will be dispatched within 2 business days and will be delivered between 2 and 7 business days according to the delivery address. If there is a problem with your order and we cannot fill it within this time frame, GUAVA BAY will contact you using the contact details that were provided in the ordering process. Please ensure that all details provided are up to date and current. All delivery times stated on this site are estimated times only and may vary.
Once the order has been released, you are responsible to check the order and inform GUAVA BAY of any damages or faults within 2 working days. Orders will be delivered to the Shipping Address that is stated in the Order Process. Please check if this information is correct.
Returns
Please retain your original receipt as proof of purchase. All returns must be in original condition, unopened and unused (unless faulty). Returns must be made within 7 days of delivery, except when an item is faulty.
If you want to return the product you have to send an email to customercare@guavabay.com.au and the customer team will inform you of the warehouse address by replying to your email within 3 business days.
Submission of Content
Any personal information that you provide in any content submitted when using our website interactive services like blogs, ratings/reviews and your products recommendations may be displayed on mpmbdistribution.com, so please consider this before submitting any such content. Please don’t submit any information that you don’t want the whole world to know!
Typographical Errors
GUAVA BAY reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders where a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error. This can occur even when an order has been confirmed and payment made. If payment has already been made, GUAVA BAY will immediately credit the amounts charged.
Disclaimer
All products are to be used in accordance with the product manufacturer’s guidelines. No responsibility will be accepted for misuse or incorrect selection of products.

This site is owned and controlled by MPMB GROUP PTY LTD. All operations and content have been Trademarked and copyrighted. All text, site design, logos, images etc are the exclusive property of MPMB GROUP PTY LTD and cannot be reproduced, modified, copied, uploaded etc for any purposes, unless specified in writing, signed by MPMB GROUP PTY LTD. Any unlawful use of material from this site may breach any copyright, trademark or other related laws and may result in criminal charges. GOVERNING LAW This Agreement shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

Shipping & Delivery
Please Note that we do ship to international clients.
Depending on which part of the country you are located, delivery times may vary. Public holidays in the state of New South Wales will affect the dispatch and maybe the delivery of your parcel. So, allow an extra day or two when ordering products around public holidays including ones in your home state.
Delivery fees can change at any time.
Freight calculated according to the package’s dimensions and weight.

GUAVA BAY does not warrant that its website will be always available and without disruption. We provide no warranties in relation to the content of any other website linked to or from our website. In addition, information about goods on our website is based on material provided to GUAVA BAY by our suppliers. Except as required by the Australian Consumer Law, we can’t be held responsible for any inaccuracies or errors caused by incorrect information provided to us by our suppliers.
You acknowledge and agree that:

- As part of the service provided through our website, you have access to several communication channels such as live chat, emails, and customer reviews. When you opt-in to the service, we will send you a message to confirm your signup.
By opting into messages, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Guava Bay Silk. Automated messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up or any other number that you designate.
Message frequency varies, and additional mobile messages may be sent periodically based on your interaction with Guava Bay. Guava Bay reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time to increase or decrease the total number of sent messages. Guava Bay also reserves the right to change the short code or phone number where messages are sent.
Message and data rates may apply. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider. Your wireless provider is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.
Carriers

Cancellation
You can cancel any time by texting “STOP”. After you send the SMS message “STOP”, we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed and no more messages will be sent. If you would like to receive messages from Guava Bay again, just sign up as you did the first time and Guava Bay will start sending messages to you again.

Transfer of Number
You agree that before changing your mobile number or transferring your mobile number to another individual, you will either reply “STOP” from the original number or notify us of your old number at customercare@guavabay.com.au. The duty to inform us based on the above events is a condition of using this service to receive messages.
Messaging Terms Changes
We reserve the right to change or terminate our messaging program at any time. We also reserve the right to update these Messaging Terms at any time. Such changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued enrollment following such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
